Sit Back and Relax in this FREE lounge at EPCOT

Not many times do you hear the words FREE and Walt Disney World in the same sentence. Learn how you can enjoy tasty treats in this FREE lounge at EPCOT.

During the 2021 International Food and Wine Festival, Akershus dining hall was open as a free lounge for guests to enjoy a complimentary snack and beverage in the air conditioning.

We are delighted to share that Florida Blue is once again offering this free lounge but in a new location. This new location will be Restaurant Marrakesh in the Morocco Pavilion. This space will begin welcoming guests on September 3, 2022, through November 19th. They will be open daily from noon until 6:00 pm.

The Florida Blue Lounge will open from September 3rd through November 19th at the Restaurant Marrakesh.

The Florida Blue Lounge will offer light refreshments. Be sure to check out Monica’s full review of the refreshment options from 2021 HERE. This new location will also welcome a fun entertainment option with complimentary henna tattoos for guests.

Guests visiting the Florida Blue Lounge can enjoy light refreshments, complimentary henna tattoos, and VIP seating for the Eat to the Beat Concert Series (seating is limited).

As if this wasn’t enough, VIP seating is also available for the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. Please note that a limited number of seats are available. This is a HUGE benefit as VIP seating is an added benefit for the Eat to the Beat Dining Packages.

Last year passes were required to enter the Florida Blue Lounge, and we assume that this will be similar this year as well. The link to register for passes last year now invites guests to enjoy the Florida Blue Lounge at Marrakesh and to return to the website soon for additional information.

Previously, these passes were not reserved simply for Florida Blue members, but guests did have to reserve a pass beforehand. A valid park ticket and park reservation are required to enter EPCOT to enjoy the Florida Blue Lounge.
