Do you love interacting with rare Disney characters? You will not believe who we found greeting guests at EPCOT today.
Rare Character Interactions
Part of what makes a Disney vacation so magical is interacting with your favorite characters. Recently, guests were delighted to enjoy meeting rare characters at this Walt Disney World Resort. During special events, rare characters will often greet guests such as at the recent DVC Moonlight Magic event at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
With the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, guests could once again interact with iCan Robot. Originally this was a limited-time interaction. This was then extended until the end of June and has since extended into August with no guaranteed end date.
Last week, we shared another interesting interaction to be on the lookout for at EPCOT inside the Odyssey Pavilion. Be sure to check out this unique interaction HERE.
New Character Sighting
Guests visiting the World Showcase today at EPCOT were in for a treat as they stopped to meet Mulan in the China Pavilion. Not only could guests meet with Mulan, but for the first time in seemingly forever, guests could also meet Li Shang.
Many Disney fans will recognize Li Shang from the animated Mulan film. This is an amazing meet and greets to see both Mulan and Li Shang together.
Walt Disney World did not announce if this will be a regular meet and greet nor how long guests may meet with Li Shang in the China Pavilion. Be sure to check Character Locator for Mulan’s schedule to possibly meet Li Shang as well.
Today, not only could guests meet with Mulan, but for the first time in seemingly forever guests could also meet Li Shang at the China Pavilion.
On occasion, guests have had the opportunity to meet with Mushu from the Mulan animated classic, but this is truly a rare meeting with Li Shang.
