Currently, guests can enjoy the Festival of the Lion King for 8 showtimes. Showtimes are as follows: 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm, and 5:00 pm.
There will be a slight change in showtimes starting on August 14th. On all days (excluding Saturday) the 1:00 pm showtime is eliminated.
Starting the week of August 14th, the 1:00 pm showtime will only be offered on Saturdays. No reason for the reduction in showtimes has been given, but Disney does adjust showtimes based on crowd levels, Cast Member schedules, and performance schedules pretty frequently.
