Back in 2020, a BIG change was made to Walt Disney World Resort security. The Evolv Express scanner was introduced and is now in place across Walt Disney World property. There is no need to have your bag checked now. As you simply pass through the scanner, if something raises concerns from the scan there is adequate space for a bag check to be completed.

This is such an efficient method for all guests. Over the past two years, we have seen many of the former conveniences gradually return. Now, guests can enjoy a great reopening that will make the park entrance even easier.

When purchasing your tickets online, you have the option to pick up your tickets at the park entrance. Before 2020, guests could easily retrieve their tickets at the “Will Call” booth at each park entrance. Unfortunately, this booth remained vacant for years, that is until today.

This morning, the “Will Call” booth next to the buses is now welcoming guests. The “Will Call” windows and booths typically open an hour before the scheduled park opening (does not take into account early park entry for Disney Resort guests.) This will greatly assist guests hoping to retrieve a card with their park ticket linked to it prior to entering the park.

This morning, the “Will Call” booth next to the buses is now welcoming guests.

Guests can also retrieve tickets from “Will Call” windows and booths at all Walt Disney World parks and even at Walt Disney World Resorts as well.

What do you think of the reopening of this “Will Call Booth?” Will this help streamline your next trip to Walt Disney World? Share your thoughts with us on our Facebook Page.
