Disney fans will be disappointed as this popular nighttime show is suddenly canceled without notice.
Changing Showtimes
Disney Entertainment is truly remarkable. At various times throughout the year, we see changes made to popular Disney entertainment. Over at the Magic Kingdom, Disney Enchantment received new showtimes as well as a great new tribute to Walt Disney.
New showtimes are also in place at Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire stage show. Be sure to check these out HERE. Now a popular nighttime show has been canceled indefinitely.
Encanto Overlay
For a limited time beginning April 11, the iconic façade of “it’s a small world” at Disneyland Resort becomes enchanted several times each evening with a brief visual montage that pays tribute to the movie’s hit song, “We Don’t Talk About Bruno.”
This musical delight comes to life through projection and lighting effects and an artistic style inspired by the lyrics, with select moments that feature characters from the film. This is such a wonderful way for guests to enjoy the magic of such a popular animated film.
Without advanced warning, all showtimes have been removed for this nighttime projection show. This memorable nighttime experience was scheduled for several times each evening, but now all showtimes have been removed from the Disneyland website.
Without advanced warning, all showtimes for the “its a small world” Encanto projection show have been removed.
The showtimes have also been removed from the Disney Parks as well. Originally this overlay was announced for a “limited time”. The page for this experience still remains, so it is uncertain if this overlay may return at a later date.
