When it does reopen, it looks like it will be under a new name!

The place to be for good food and drinks is Epcot! Between the restaurants in the World Showcase, festival booths, and several quick and table service restaurants, you are never more than few steps away from amazing food.

We recently shared the reopening of both Monsieur Paul in the France Pavilion and Akershus in the Norway Pavilion. Both of these have new menus and new pricing. Akershus especially is undergoing quite a few changes when it reopens next month.

Although we have no official word from Disney on this next dining location, it does appear to be on Disney’s radar…

Cool Wash

Located over by Test Track, Cool Wash served refreshing beverages and nice mister fans. The little kiosk offered plenty of slushy flavors, and it was the perfect treat after a ride on Test Track.

Unfortunately, Cool Wash has been closed since at least early September 2022. There is no word on when it will reopen and if any changes to the menu will be made. Disney has completed quite a bit of construction with the work being done behind fake greenery.

Hopefully it will reopen soon! When it does it appears it will have a new name.

Like Refreshment Port and Refreshment Outpost, Disney decided to rename Cool Wash to Refreshment Station. Crews installed a new sign with the new name, so hopefully this means work is almost complete!

We hope it still offers the same refreshing frozen beverages! We will keep you updated on any future progress and menu changes!

Cool Wash is now called Refreshment Station. No word on when it reopens.

Do you ever stop for a slushy at Cool Wash? What do you think of the new name? Let us know in the comments below and on Facebook.
