If you’re planning to watch Fantasmic! soon, don’t miss the changes Disney made to next month’s performances.
Fantasmic!
The Fantasmic! show has delighted Guests since 1992 (with its closure in 2016). This show has remained closed since the reopening of the parks. Guests visiting Disneyland have enjoyed Fantasmic! since May 28th.
On the east coast, Fantasmic! is scheduled to return on Thursday, November 3 at Hollywood Studios. Currently, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is lacking any kind of nighttime entertainment so this will be a welcome change. Not only that, but when it returns, the show will be even longer with a new scene. Check out details on the changes HERE.
In the past, Fantasmic! was an extremely popular show! People would line up as early as two hours ahead of time to get a seat. I’ve (Susan) personally tried to watch it an hour and a half before the show, only to be turned away.
To avoid this, you may want to consider booking a Fantasmic! dining package. With a dining package, guests get a guaranteed (as long as you show up in time) in a reserved section. You can see more information on dining packages HERE. And be sure to get your Hollywood Studios park passes the day you plan to watch it! Select dates are already sold out.
Show Times
We were so excited when Disney finally released show times. Earlier this month, we reported the following Fantasmic! show times:
- November 3 to November 7: 8:00 and 9:30 pm
- November 8 to November 13: 8:00 pm
- November 14 to January 6: 9:00 pm
However, today, Disney has changed times for select dates. Now, performances on November 14-16 and December 4 will be at 8:00pm. The rest of the times shown above remain the same. Be sure to check our Kenny the Pirate Blog regularly for updates.
Now, on November 14-16 and December 4, Fantasmic! will be shown at 8:00pm instead of 9:00pm.
