Hot dog! Your ride around Disney World is about to get a little better.
Disney World transportation
Buses. Monorails. Skyliner. Disney World is huge, and there are multiple ways to get around property. Disney provides many modes of transportation to help you get from Point A to Point B in the most magical way possible. We love whizzing around in the monorail and gliding high above in the Skyliner.
One of the most personal ways to get around property is in a Minnie Van.
Minnie Vans
Disney halted its paid rideshare service when the parks reopened in July 2020. These stylish, yet overpriced to many, polka dot vans moved Guests around property and back and forth to the Orlando International Airport.
How does one get a Minnie Van? Disney partnered with Lyft so you have the option to choose one in the app. They are desirable due to the fact that they are driven by Cast Members and includes two child seats if needed.
Many Guests like to use them for drop off service at the Magic Kingdom. Any non-Disney transportation has to park at the Transportation and Ticket Center, and Guests must take the monorail over to Magic Kingdom. Like Disney buses, however, Minnie Vans drop Guests off right by the security entrance!
New Amenity
This morning, Disney shared a new amenity will be added to Minnie Vans in the coming weeks. The award-winning animated shorts “Mickey Mouse” are being added to Minnie Vans. These timeless stories bring out the inner child in your whole family. Guests can ask their Cast Member driver to turn up the volume and turn up the fun while zipping around Disney World!
The animated Mickey Mouse shorts will soon be added to Minnie Vans around Disney World.

Minnie vans have there place and have saved my bacon a few times. Will I use it daily, no, but when it is needed it's great albeit at a premium price.

You appear to have forgotten about ferries from TTC to Magic Kingdom. You do not have to take the Monorail. In fact you are lucky if they are even running!
