Updated Park Hours for Disney World this Holiday Season

Enjoy more time in the parks with this newly updated schedule!

Magic Kingdom

December 4, 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, and 22: the park will now open at 8:00 am with Early Entry starting at 7:30 am. Since these days are Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party dates, Magic Kingdom will continue to close at 6:00 pm.

December 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 23-29: Magic Kingdom will remain open later – until 11:00 pm. Extended Evening Hours on Wednesdays will be pushed back and will now take place from 11:00 pm to 1:00 am.

December 30, 31: Magic Kingdom will be open from 9:00 am to 1:00 am, an hour longer than previously announced.

Fantasy in the Sky will return once again on both December 30th and December 31st.

Epcot

December 31: Epcot will now close at 1:00 am instead of 12:00 am. Will you be ringing in the New Year at Epcot?

Guests can enjoy Harmonious at 6:30 pm at EPCOT. Around the World Showcase, enjoy firework displays that take place in the order in which each country celebrates the New Year. At this time, Disney has not announced a time for this firework display. We are glad that it will be returning.

Animal Kingdom

December 4, 10, 11, 23, and 24: the park will stay open one hour later – now 8:00 pm.

December 9-12, 17-19, 22-24: Early Entry will now take place at 7:30 am and the park will officially open at 8:00 am on these dates.

Hollywood Studios
