Santa! I know him!!! Find out each location where you can see Santa while at Walt Disney World this year.
Christmastime is here at Walt Disney World
Walt Disney World is truly magical at Christmas. From elaborate decorations at Disney Resorts to festive decorations at each theme park, there is something extra special during the Christmas season. There is so much to enjoy all throughout Walt Disney World.
Of course, at the top of everyone’s holiday bucket list is meeting with Santa Claus. Earlier this summer, we shared all of the great locations where you could meet Santa Claus across Walt Disney World. We are delighted that a few additional locations are now added where you can meet Santa Claus this year.
So grab your wish list, and check out all of the spots where you can meet the big man this Christmas season.
Disney Springs
You can meet Santa at Walt Disney World without even needing a park ticket. Over at Disney Springs, you can meet Santa Claus at Once Upon a Toy from November 11th through December 24, 2022. A virtual queue is in place for this meet and greet and is subject to availability.
Guests can join the Virtual Queue to meet Santa on the My Disney Experience app at 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm, and at 6:00 pm. It is important to note that you must be at Disney Springs to join the Virtual Queue.

While at Disney Springs enjoy great holiday entertainment with stilt walkers, snowflake roller bladers, a DJ, and even snow flurries. Take a walk along the beautiful Christmas tree stroll and enjoy delicious holiday treats.
Breakfast with Santa
Santa Claus is coming to Disney Springs very soon, and you can enjoy a meal with him. Maria and Enzo’s Ristorante is an Italian dining experience located at Disney Springs. This Christmas season, they will offer a special “Breakfast with Santa” dining experience.
After breakfast, guests can visit Santa and have a photo keepsake to remember this magical breakfast. You can check out full details for this dining experience HERE.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, guests enjoy character flotillas along the Discovery River. For the holiday season, you can enjoy your favorite characters with flotillas decorated for the holidays. Many of our favorite Disney pals will greet guests from these holiday-themed flotillas.
Of course, everyone wants to see the big man himself, Santa. Santa traded in his sled for a flotilla for the past few holiday seasons. He greets Guests as he travels along the waterway throughout Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Disney’s Hollywood Studios does offer a merry cavalcade to the delight of Guests. Guests are greeted by elves parading through the streets with presents and streamers announcing the arrival of jolly ole’ St. Nick. I loved seeing Mickey and his pals sneaking out of the elves’ pockets.
My dad loves the fact that Santa has ditched the sled and now rides around in style. Last year, this ultra-cool Santa greeted Guests and announced that my daughter was on the nice list. She was thrilled!
EPCOT
At EPCOT, Santa is meeting at a new location. Guests can meet with Santa at the Odyssey Pavilion. This is the indoor location that previously held the EPCOT preview center between the front of the park and the World Showcase on select dates from November 25 to December 24.
Each performance lasts 60 minutes. Guests can plan to see Santa every day at here at the following times:
- 11:00 am until 12:00 pm
- 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm
- 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm
- 3:30 pm until 4:30 pm
- 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm
- 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm
Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom is always magical, but somehow the entire park becomes even more magical for the Christmas season. This year the special ticketed event, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, has returned. During the Christmas Party, Guests can meet Santa near the Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe at Liberty Square.

Guests at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party can also spot Santa as the grand finale to Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade at both 8:30 pm and 11:00 pm.
In 2021, Santa Claus met with guests intermittently throughout the day at the gazebo near Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. We hope that this interaction will return to the Magic Kingdom this year as well.
Blizzard Beach
Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park reopened on November 13th. This water park has been closed for a lengthy refurbishment, ad now it reopens with new elements from the popular movie Frozen.
Guests can once again set off on arctic adventures in the warm Florida sun. You can see the new Frozen theming for this water park HERE. This year as the water park reopens, you can celebrate Christmas in the most fun way ever.
There will be limited-time holiday offerings through December 31. This will include holiday-themed treats, snowfall, and festive inner tubes. To make this even more fun, guests can even meet a tropical-dressed Santa for the ultimate Florida holiday experience.
