Ready to begin? If you are a Disney fan and hear those three words, it can only mean one thing, right? Happily Ever After is returning and we are getting closer to its return.
Happily Ever After
As the D23 Parks panel opened, Jordan Fisher sang a fantastic rendition of “Happily Ever After,” the beloved fireworks spectacular’s theme song. Then, Josh D’Amaro announced Happily Ever After is returning to Walt Disney World in 2023!
Following that announcement, Disney clarified we were not going to be seeing the return of Happily Ever After like we thought. The announcement stated the song “Happily Ever After” will return to Walt Disney World as part of an updated nighttime spectacular.
Disney confirmed the beloved fireworks show will return on April 3, 2023. The show will feature brand new projections down Main Street, U.S.A. You can check out the showtimes for Happily Ever After HERE.
Fireworks Testing
Just earlier this week, we saw testing taking place for the nighttime show. Guests could see that the pyro has returned and no other changes were made to the show. You can read more about that update HERE.
Today, Disney has shared that more testing will be taking place. Here is the official announcement from Disney:
Tonight, March 9, we will be testing fireworks at Magic Kingdom Park between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m. We apologize to our neighbors and Guests for this late-night inconvenience.
