Nobody decorates for Easter like Disney! Take a picture tour of this charming display and see why it tops the list.
Easter Fun
The weeks leading up to Easter are so fun at Disney World. Many Guests are pleasantly surprised at what Disney offers to celebrate this holiday. First, you can see the Mr. and Mrs. Easter bunny in the parade. If you’re lucky, you can even meet them at Disney’s Magic Kingdom!
Then, guests can also take in the amazing edible decorated chocolate eggs decorated egg displays. Take a look at last year’s Contemporary egg display here.
The most popular Easter festivities take place at Disney’s Grand Floridian where you can purchase treats from the Easter cottage and see so many wonderfully detailed eggs. Take a look at everything that is offered this year HERE.
Treats and Activities
The Egg-Stravaganza Scavenger Hunt is similar to EPCOT’s Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration at EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. To participate, purchase a scavenger hunt map and stickers. Then, set off to look for the cute Easter Eggs hidden throughout EPCOT. After spotting all the eggs, you can redeem your map for a prize.
In addition to sweets and baked goods found at Disney’s Grand Floridian, there are many Easter themed treats and sips all around Disney World. Take a look at this year’s guide to Easter themed food HERE.
The Best Display
All of Disney World’s incredible Easter egg displays showcase dozens of hand-crafted eggs created by talented pastry teams featuring some of your favorite Disney characters, stories, and locations.

However, Beach Club Resort is my (Susan) favorite display for several reasons. First, Beach Club itself is so charming and these wonderful displays make me love this spot even more!
Also, guests can take in stunning displays like the succulent chocolate Figment egg shown above without fighting crowds at the larger displays. I really like to take my time studying each wonderfully hand-crafted egg. They really are pieces of art!
The variety of the theming takes these eggs over the top! I love the mix of nature, Disney characters, and various types of foliage. My favorite is the Mickey and Minnie cut-out Easter egg.
And where else can you see a troll Easter egg or a cacti themed egg? These are both fabulous!
Tiana makes an appearance here in her ball gown too. The addition of water “flowing” through the egg is a nice touch.
Beach Club Resort features a unique display in a charming and uncrowded setting.
