With a new season comes a new menu at this Disney World restaurant.
California Grill
California Grill is located on the 15th floor of the Contemporary Resort with amazing panoramic views of the Magic Kingdom and Seven Seas Lagoon. There are floor to ceiling windows and two viewing platforms. Be sure to read Ashley’s review of the restaurant HERE.
Before Disney’s 50th Anniversary in October 2021, a special dining experience was announced for this location. The limited-time three-course menu offers dishes inspired by past favorites as well as new market-fresh creations. The 3-course meal comes with one appetizer, one entree and a dessert.
Now that the 50th anniversary is over, a new menu debuts.
New menu
I see a lot of the same dishes on this new menu that were on the 50th anniversary menu. Appetizers like the beef rib wontons and entrees like the filet still remain on the menu.
However, I also see a lot of new dishes to keep guests coming back for more! Let’s take a look at the full menu.
Appetizers:
- Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli: Basil-Saffron Pasta, Tomato Broth, Mushroom Ragoût, Fennel
- Rainbow Roll*: Tuna, Salmon, Hamachi, Avocado, Mango, Pickled Watermelon Radish
- Cascade Roll*: Tuna, Hamachi, Salmon Poke, Mango, Shallot, Yuzu-Avocado Purée, Soy Gel
- Braised Beef Short Rib Wontons: Doenjang-Miso-Cola-Onion Sauce, Radish, Crispy Garlic-Chili Oil, Pickled Lotus Root
- Black Truffle Pizza: Salt-baked Marble Potatoes, Leek Fondue, Crispy Potato Chips, Spicy Honey, Shaved Black Truffle

Pricing remains $89/adult and $39/child for this 3-course dining experience.
