Great news for the Disney College Program! Are you excited to see this positive change?
Disney College Program
Through this program, students are given the opportunity to serve in a “front-line” role in various careers in the theme park industry. Students can work in the parks, work at the hotels, and serve in various capacities in the operation of the theme parks while also earning college credit. Additionally, participants live in company-sponsored housing together with other program participants.
The program returned in June 2021 after the sudden suspension of the program due to the pandemic. Upon its return, we saw changes to housing in the brand new Flamingo Crossings Village, a redesigned website and a simplified application process.
A Positive Update
The Disney College Program has a huge and exciting update to their program! They announced on their Facebook page that the hourly rate of pay would be increasing. This is great news for all participants of the program.

Beginning June 4, all Disney College Program participants will receive a starting hourly rate of $16, an increase of two dollars per hour. This increase will apply to participants currently on the program and any future participants.“
