While Animal Kingdom offers a comparatively small number of table service restaurants, the offerings are strong! Enjoy everything from character dining to signature dining while you visit this gorgeous park.

Tiffins

Tiffins is the Signature Dining experience in Animal Kingdom. Not only does it offer high-end flavors, but its 3 dining rooms serve as art galleries displaying artifacts that inspired Animal Kingdom’s creation. Visiting it is like a love letter from Imagineer Joe Rhode to the fans.

Tusker House

Yak & Yeti

Rainforest Cafe

Rainforest Cafe offers heavily themed dining at Animal Kingdom’s Entrance. This is a restaurant filled with scenery and animatronic animals. Sure, the food is not fantastic, but your kids will probably love the unique setting. It is also a Landry’s Group restaurant, so be sure to use your benefits to grab seating without a reservation and to earn rewards. There is also a Disney Springs Location, so be sure to reserve the correct one!

Quick Service Restaurants

Animal Kingdom has some of Walt Disney World’s BEST Quick Service dining. Guests can walk up to these “fast food” style restaurants and order at the counter, and many of them also utilize Mobile Ordering.

Truly, several of the options you will find here rival table service experiences around the parks. Do not forget to consider them when you are planning your trip as they will save you both time and money while providing satisfactory options to boot!

Eight Spoons Cafe

Eight Spoons cafe offers unique dining. This little quick service stand provides Guests with creative mac n’ cheese options that rotate seasonally. You might find BBQ-topped mac n cheese. Sometimes you may even find a sandwich served on a jelly doughnut!

Flame Tree Barbecue

Flame Tree is a favorite among Disney experts. Soak up saucy views as you enjoy an assortment of smokehouse meat and chicken dinners—served alongside our signature baked beans and coleslaw. For more refreshing fare, stick your fork in a selection of fresh salads!

Nomad Lounge

Nomad Lounge is a dream for adults visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Be sure to stop off at this refreshing oasis to discover specialty cocktails and enticing appetizers from all across the globe.

Pizzafari

Pizzafari serves pizzas, salads, and desserts with fun theming. Here, you’ll spot colorful murals, mosaics, and animals in 5 themed rooms. This location offers indoor seating and is quite large. The food here is pretty standard Disney food, nothing outstanding, but if you want a pizza, it will do.

Restaurantosaurus

The Restaurantosaurus menu consists of basic entrees such as burgers, chicken nuggets, and fried shrimp. If you’re looking for a lighter option, go for the Cobb Salad served with Green Goddess dressing. One unique feature is that kids’ meals are served in buckets you can take home with you. If your kids love the buckets at the Boneyard, then they will love this.

Satu’li Canteen

One of Disney’s very best quick-service restaurants is located in the heart of Pandora. Satu’li Canteen is a must-do whether or not you love Avatar. You will find customizable salads, rice, noodle, and hash bowls, s well as the ever-popular cheeseburger pods. Guests can also enjoy uniquely themed drinks and desserts.

Yak & Yeti Local Foods Cafe

Not to be confused with the table service option, this is the quick service portion of Yak & Yeti. Tempt your taste buds with a feast of Asian fare—teriyaki beef bowls, egg rolls, fried rice, and more. Kids’ meals, desserts, and other beverages are also available.

Specialty Snacks

Disney’s Animal Kingdom is also home to plenty of snack options. Here are the ones you will likely find most unique and interesting. Don’t forget there are also plenty of kiosks, stands, ice cream carts, and popcorn carts throughout the park.

Anandapur Ice Cream Truck

Animal Kingdom’s best place for ice cream is a uniquely gorgeous little curiosity called Anandapur Ice Cream Truck. As you cruise through Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park, pull off from the pathway throughout the day and pick up a soft-serve waffle cone or a frosty float. This space is also often home to seasonal delights and specialty treats!

Caravan Road

Some people don’t even realize you can get shaved ice and Kakigori in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. However, Caravan Road is located directly across Discovery River from the Tree of Life—where you can discover yummy, reinvigorating shaved ice in a variety of tasty flavors as well as adult beverages.

Creature Comforts (Starbucks)

If you need a Starbucks fix to combat drowsiness during a long day in the parks, you may enjoy heading to Creature Comforts. This is Animal Kingdom’s Starbucks! You can find your favorite brews and handcrafted beverages here just like you can back home.

Mr. Kamal’s

Head to the walkway between Asia and Africa to locate more addictive snacks. Mr. Kamal’s fries are freshly made and served so crispy with just the right amount of seasoning. Once you try them, you’ll find yourself coming back for more! Be sure to check out the other delights served here as well.

Pongu Pongu

If you want a snack from Pandora, you will want to enjoy the unique offerings at Pongu Pongu. You will find amazing snack and beverage items that you cannot get anywhere else including the Night Blossom and Pineapple Lumpia.

Royal Anandapur Tea Company (Joffrey’s)

If you need a quick pick-me-up, head to Royal Anandapur Tea Company in Asia. This is a Joffrey’s, but it is a special Joffrey’s. It is the only place on Disney property where you will find a frozen Chai Latte. Of course, you will also find other hand crafter beverages here as well.

The Smiling Crocodile

Located at Discover Island, you’ll find this tasty treat at the Smiling Crocodile walk-up window. Here, enjoy a satisfying menu, including chicken, pulled pork, and bean/corn (vegetarian) street tacos.
