Refurbishments are necessary but they can sometimes making your stay less than desirable. One deluxe resort refurbishment is scheduled to take place very soon.

Refurbishment is a dreaded word for Disney fans who will soon be visiting the Disney Parks. In theory, we all understand that refurbishments are a necessary part of keeping each park magical.

Attractions, restaurants, and even resorts will temporarily close so Disney can do a refresh and complete any renovations needed. We have seen a massive refurbishment at Disney’s BoardWalk, and work is currently underway to transform Splash Mountain into Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

Club Level

Club Level rooms are offered at Disney World deluxe resorts and even at one moderate level resort. Club Level services are an exclusive part of the resort that offer perks for guests staying in these rooms.

While the Club Level rooms come with an extra price, many guests feel this is worth it. Guests have access to concierge staff that is able to assist with the vacation experience. There is a dedicated check-in desk for Club Level, and guests have access to an exclusive Club Level Lounge at their resort.

Club Level Lounges offer a variety of complimentary daily refreshments like continental breakfast, hot samples from resort restaurants, evening wine and beer selections, and desserts and cordials. Guests enjoy the ability to grab breakfast from the lounge to start their day or unwind after a long day.

Disney’s Beach Club is designed after New England’s charming beaches. It is more casual than its stuffier sister, Disney’s Yacht Club. The resorts are within walking distance to EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Boardwalk Resort.

Disney’s Beach Club is home to Stormalong Bay, one of the best feature pools at Disney World! Enjoy a pirate shipwreck, a lazy river, sand bottom pool, and so much more. You can read more about why we think it’s the best pool HERE.

Beach Club’s Club Level service, called Stone Harbor, will close on Saturday, April 15 at check out time. For those who booked a stay in a Club Level room, snacks and drinks are available to go upon request.

At this time, we are unsure when Stone Harbor will reopen. Hopefully this will be a short refurbishment! Club Level Guests may extra to have these amenities.

Stone Harbor at Disney’s Beach Club will close for refurbishment on April 15.
