Coco is Coming to Delight Fans in One Disney Park For A Limited Time

Disney fans delight in original storytelling. When Disney and Pixar’s Coco debuted in 2017, it was an immediate hit.

In fact, Disney fans were especially excited at last year’s D23 where Josh D’amaro teased blue sky concepts for a potential Magic Kingdom expansion that could potentially include Coco.

Coco Returns to Disney Parks

Now, Coco is returning to Disney Parks for a limited time to bring fans a wonderful experience! Plaza de la Familia is a limited-time offering that will arrive this fall.

Plaza de la Familia, an immersive celebration of the everlasting bonds of family and the Spirit of Día de Los Muertos, brings the Disney and Pixar Academy Award-winning film Coco to life! As part of the celebration, Disney will present A Musical Celebration of Coco, where Guests can enjoy a heartwarming tale by the entertaining Storytellers of Plaza de la Familia.

It includes popular songs from the film Coco, including “Remember Me.” The show will run several times each day.

After the performance, be sure to head over to meet the film’s main character Miguel. It is a perfect time for a photo op!

Guests can also head over to the Mexican Árbol de la Vida (Tree of Life) and post their own messages sharing memories or remembrances of loved ones on the Memory Wall. Here is also where you can enjoy Paradise Gardens Decor and Crafts. For example, you can design and create your own paper alebrije masks of Dante and Pepita, spirit guides from Coco.

And. be sure to enjoy Mariachi concerts throughout the day. Better yet, be sure to indulge in Mexican cuisine and Paradise Garden Grill.

When can I Enjoy Plaza de la Familia?
