You just might want to get your rides in while you can for this attraction, because it is about to close again!
Refurbishments
Refurbishments happen all throughout the year at Disney. Even though they might be inconvenient during a trip, they are necessary to keep the rides running well. However, refurbishments will impact your park strategy. To see the best park strategies for early mornings, read this post HERE.
Over in Disneyland, we have seen recent refurbishments for three major attractions, including Peter Pan, Alice In Wonderland and Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride. All three of these attractions are greatly loved and enjoyed by guests. This is not the best timing as many guests hope to enjoy the parks during their summer break. You can read the full story from Donna HERE.
Reopening But For How Long?
Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride and Alice in Wonderland will reopen on June 16. The Peter Pan’s Flight closure will last two extra weeks and will reopen on June 30.
We just recently saw an update for Alice in Wonderland. Even though the ride will reopen on June 16th, it is scheduled to close again on July 5th and reopen July 21st.
Now, we are seeing a similar update for Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride. After a brief reopening, the attraction will close again on July 24th and will not reopen until later in the summer on August 11th.
Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride in Fantasyland will close for a second time on July 24th and reopen on August 11th.
Luckily, these are brief refurbishments during the summer, but may be disappointing to some guests who had plans to visit. Be sure to be aware of these dates if you have a trip planned soon!
