Exclusive D23 Event for Disney Baseball Fans

Disney offers some pretty awesome events. One upcoming event is sure to be an amazing opportunity. Will you be attending?

Disney offers various events for all of their different Memberships (Disney Vacation Club, D23, Cast Members, etc.). These can be hard ticketed events, early access, and sometimes even free events.

But did you know that not all of these events happen at Disney parks? Sometimes we can even see these events outside of Disney World or Disneyland.

There is one opportunity for this select Disney group that you won’t want to miss!

D23

D23 is the official Disney Fan Club. It may sound like an exclusive club such as Club 33, but this one is more realistic to be a part of! 

D23 was first founded in 2009 as an official Disney fan club that “brings fans closer to the magic.” Membership provides exclusive events and experiences, such as the D23 Expo and D23 Destination as well as merchandise unique to the club.

D23 Event

D23 has announced a Gold Member Event. The official fan club is presenting Rookie of the Year 30th Anniversary Event at Wrigley Field!

Gold Members can purchase tickets to this special fan event. Pricing is as follows:

• Terrace Reserved Outfield Seats & Event (Tier 1): $170 (+ $7 Processing Fee)
• Club Box Outfield Seats & Event (Tier 2): $250 (+ $7 Processing Fee)
• General Member: Terrace Reserved Outfield Seats & Event (Tier 1): $200 (+ $7 Processing Fee)
• Club Box Outfield Seats & Event (Tier 2): $280 (+ $7 Processing Fee)

The first pitch will be thrown out Thomas Ian Nicholas, the actor who plays Henry Rowengartner. Mark your calendars because this event will take place on July 2, 2023.

D23 Gold Members can purchase tickets to the D23 Official Disney Fan Club Presents Rookie of the Year 30th Anniversary Fan Event at Wrigley Field on July 2, 2023!

Members will get a private stadium tour and a chance to see parts of where the movie was filmed! Not only do you get the tour, but a seat for the game. The Chicago Cubs will play the Cleveland Guardians. The game will be honoring the film’s 30th anniversary, and as they describe with “pitch-perfect moments.”

But there is still more! After the game, Rookie of the Year will be screened outside on Gallagher Way. D23 Members will have a reserved area for viewing. A special appearance from Thomas Ian Nicholas will also occur, where he will share some of his favorite movie moments.

Here is what’s included:

• Private tour of Wrigley Field
• Reserved seating tickets for the July 2, 2023, Chicago Cubs vs. Cleveland Guardians game at Wrigley Field
• Commemorative gift
• Rookie of the Year bobblehead created just for this game
