Disney World Store is Now Closed For Refurbishment

There are plenty of shops to treat yourself while you’re on vacation. Unfortunately, there is now one less location for the time being.

Other than riding attractions, eating delicious food, and swimming at the resort, shopping is another favorite activity among Disney World Guests. There are close to 300 shops and stores around property so you can get your fill of merchandise.

Everything from Star Wars light sabers at Hollywood Studios to high end brands can be found at Disney World. I (Monica) am always looking for new spots while I’m in the parks or on property! There is something new every time I return!

Unfortunately, one shop is now permanently closed.

Keep your style game strong at a boutique filled with chic collections of Disney-themed apparel and accessories. The merchandise may be ever-changing, but here’s a glimpse of what you can currently discover inside the shop:

  • A wall stacked with the latest and greatest ear headbands
  • Retro Disney Afternoon T-shirts that pay homage to popular cartoons of the ’80s and ’90s
  • Hoodies, tees and tanks from the Disney Parks Forever Collection by Junk Food Clothing
  • Whimsical items in the Disney D-Lish line, celebrating beloved Disney sweets and snacks
  • Athleisure ensembles

Although there are operating hours online, Tren-D is actually closed for refurbishment.

Of course, World of Disney is another great option! In fact, there are so many shops and boutiques at Disney Springs that you can probably find what you’re looking for. No word yet on what work is being done, but it is not expected to be a long closure.

Tren-D is now closed for refurbishment at Disney Springs.
