We are used to a new limited edition cookie and cake slice at Gideon’s Bakehouse every month. But this is even better!

By now you may have heard of Gideon’s Bakehouse. It is an extremely popular place to grab treats in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. The bakehouse serves delectable bakery items including cakes and cookies as well as caffeinated brews. The nitro cold brews are especially popular and pair well with the unique cookie creations.

In fact, these treats are so popular that the line for Gideon’s Bakehouse typically spills out into the street and wraps around the building. If you are at Gideon’s and you don’t see a line, it is most likely because it became so long that the staff moved it to a virtual queue.

We are accustomed to seeing a brand new limited edition drop each and every month. BUT July is starting off with TWO very special cookies in addition to cold brew and cake slices! This is an unusual occurrence, and we are here for it!

The July Cookie

First up is the July special edition cookie. This month fans can enjoy The Toasted Coconut Caramel Chocolate Chip! This is a Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie fused with Homemade Salted Caramel and Coconut Cream. The Cookie is topped with Shaved Toasted Coconut to give you the softest Cookie with some crunch!⁣⁣

This one is available ONLY in the month of July while supplies last. You can find it t both locations.

The July Cake

Everyone talks about the cookies, but if you haven’t tried a slice of Gideon’s cake, you are missing out. This month’s cake brings back a popular flavor. Gideon’s Coconut Cream Cake is a three-layer Vanilla Cake covered in generous portions of flavorful Coconut Cream Buttercream. Even better, there are homemade Salted Caramel ribbons between the layers and Toasted Coconut on the outside.

The cake slices are only available on select days. You can find them at both locations every Wednesday and Saturday in July!

The Flavors of Florida Cold Brew and Cookie

The special Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie is made from Vanilla Bean Cookie Dough infused with Florida Key Lime Juice and covered with Chocolate Chips and Key Lime Pie Crumbs.

This celebration lasts from July 1st through August 13th, so the Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie will enjoy a rare extended stay. It is available while supplies last each day at both the Disney Springs and East End locations through August 13th, and as usual, limited-time cookies are subject to a two-per-person limit.⁣⁣

Finally, Stuart’s Nitro Cold Brew, the ultimate summer energizer, is back at Gideon’s in Disney Springs for a full summer release! The Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew is a bright, refreshing dessert coffee and perfect to beat the summer heat.
