The heart of Disney parks around the world is truly the amazing cast members who make the magic every day. Each and every job feeds into the greater experience and the magic that is Disney. From the Imagineers to those who scoop our ice cream on Main Street, each cast member’s contribution adds just a little more whimsy and fantasy to the overall experience.

Over the past several years, many of the great Disney Imagineers have left the Walt Disney Company. Many of these Disney Imagineers are teaming together to create a BRAND NEW theme park experience.

The great news is that this brand-new theme park will be positioned centrally in our country in northeast Oklahoma. This is great news for families hoping to avoid long travel to the east or west coast.

The project is an “American Heartland” theme park and will be an “Americana-themed” park. This will “be built in phases starting with a large RV park with cabins to open in spring 2025, followed by a world-class theme park and resort to open in 2026.”

The 125-acre Americana-themed park will be comparable in size to Magic Kingdom and Disneyland Park. This park will feature rides, live shows, family attractions, waterways, and restaurant-quality food and beverage offerings.

The American Heartland world-class theme park and resort is forecasted to open in 2026.”

I think Walt Disney would relate more with American Heartland than the current Wokefest at Disneyland. I saw the fairy godmother video of a man with a mustache in drag working at the bibbidi Bobbidi boutique….

Issue in VA was local opposition to building near a Civil War battleground.
