Another meet and greet change takes place at Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios continues to make several changes to its character meet and greet lineup. See the latest here.

In February, Chip and Dale began meeting guests in their adorable Rescue Rangers costumes near the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. One of the best things about this location is it was an actual meet and greet rather than a sighting.

Before moving to this location, Chip and Dale interacted playfully, but distanced, on the lawn in front of Hollywood Brown Derby.

And at the same time, Powerline Max and Goofy moved from socially greeting guests to meeting them at the Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge entrance. Before this, Max and Goofy waved to guests from the Tower of Terror balcony.

With the reopening of Pixar Place, the Incredibles as well as Edna Mode and Frozone moved here back in May.

However, earlier this week Disney shook things up a bit with several changes. Now, Max is no longer in his Powerline costume, and he greets guests in front of Echo Lake.

And, if you love Chip and Dale, we’re sorry to say that they’re once again social distancing on the lawn in front of Disney’s Hollywood Brown Derby. And instead of wearing their Rescue Rangers get ups, you’ll see them celebrating Halloween already with their jack-o-lanterns.

Donald Duck is now an official meet and greet near Echo Lake. You can find him across from 50’s Prime Time Cafe and the Indiana Jones Den of Destiny. He is in his regular clothes, and you can find his schedule on Character Locator and My Disney Experience.

Donald Duck now meets at Hollywood Studios near Echo Lake.
