Gideon's Bakehouse: The August Cookie and a NEW Update!

Gideon’s Bakehouse

By now you may have heard of Gideon’s Bakehouse. It is an extremely popular place to grab treats in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. The bakehouse serves delectable bakery items including cakes and cookies as well as caffeinated brews. The nitro cold brews are especially popular and pair well with the unique cookie creations.

In fact, these treats are so popular that the line for Gideon’s Bakehouse typically spills out into the street and wraps around the building. If you are at Gideon’s and you don’t see a line, it is most likely because it became so long that the staff moved it to a virtual queue.

The hot days of July are over, and with it that means the Toasted Coconut Caramel Chocolate Chip and Coconut Cream Cake are over too.

But, we have good news for peanut butter fans! The Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie is the August cookie! I know our Gideon’s correspondent and peanut butter lover Kate will love this news.

The special Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie is still around for a little bit longer. The Flavors of Florida celebration lasts from July 1st through August 13th.

Also, Stuart’s Nitro Cold Brew, the ultimate summer energizer, is back at Gideon’s in Disney Springs for a full summer release! The Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew is a bright, refreshing dessert coffee and perfect to beat the summer heat.

More Good News!

In addition to the August cookie, Gideon’s also shared some other great news. Drum roll, please!

A 24 oz Cold Brew is now an option! Yes, that’s right! Get your coffee fix in an even higher amount! Previously, they only offered the 16 oz cups. This is some great news – we love bigger options and this full size cold brew is music to our ears!
