Two New Treats Come to Your Favorite Disney Bakery

Disney food fans, get excited. Right now, you can get not one, but TWO brand-new treats.

Gideon’s Bakehouse

One of Disney World’s most popular places to grab a sweet treat is none other than Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. It serves up delectable offerings including uniquely delicious cookies, cake slices, and cold brew. You can read all about it right here.

One thing about Gideon’s is that it is so popular that if you don’t catch it at just the right time, you will see a line that spills out into the streets. Sometimes the wait moves to a virtual queue, which is nice because you can receive a call back and enjoy the rest of Disney Springs. Special Cookies for September

While Gideon’s did get off to a shaky start this month, all is well for now. Gideon’s announced it is reopening, so we feel like this is a GREAT time to talk about the September cookies!

Each month, Gideon’s Bakehouse brings us a special flavor in addition to the regular cookie lineup. This month, we are delighted that you can enjoy not one, but TWO special edition cookies.

First up is the Lemon Poppy Crumb Cookie, which Gideon’s also calls Bonnie’s Cookie. This is a Lemon Poppyseed Cookie filled with Poppyseeds and pockets of White Chocolate. It is topped with a new covering of Lemon Butter Crumbs covered in a thin Sugar Glaze!⁣

Next, Gideon’s is bringing back a popular flavor from the past. However, it might be new to you!

The Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip creation is also known as Stuart’s Cookie. It is a Vanilla Bean Chocolate Chip Cookie infused with Orange magic and topped with Dark Chocolates, delightful South Florida Pecan Pralines, and a very special Candied Orange Peel.

There are also matching cake slices for both cookies. Be sure to enjoy the decedent Orange Pecan Chocolate Cake and/or Bonnie’s Lemon Crumb Cake!

HURRY

You can enjoy these two cookies throughout September, and then they will be gone again. They are available while supplies last daily, and there is a limit of 2 specials per customer. The special cake slices are only available on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

So, if you find yourself in Dinsey this September, and you want to try them, do not skip them thinking you can try them on your next trip. While the standard daily flavors are always available, these will make way for October specials.
