You may want to plan ahead because this seems to be the most popular date for Walt Disney World this fall.
Park Reservations
Park Reservations have been with us since the Disney Parks reopened in 2020. The great news is that new changes have made this system a bit easier for guests.
Annual Passholders can now avoid booking a Park Reservation when entering the parks after 2:00 pm (except Magic Kingdom on Saturday and Sunday).
Also, the Park Reservation system will officially end for select guests in January 2024. At times Park Reservations may be unavailable for guests especially during busy holiday times and for special events.
Important September Date
Over the past several months, park reservations have remained wide open. Disney has even offered many dates of “Bonus Reservations” to Annual Passholders as well throughout what are typically busy summer months.
Now, Annual Passholders are finding that one date in September is unavailable at EPCOT. Yesterday, Disney announced that Annual Passholder and DVC Member previews for the new Moana-inspired “Journey of Water” attraction will begin on September 24, 2024.
Annual Passholders and DVC Members will simply need an EPCOT park reservation to enter the park and sign up for a preview at this attraction. The catch is that you will need a park reservation.
This morning, the first date of these previews, September 24th, is now unavailable for Park Reservations for all Annual Passholders. This date does remain available to all other guests.
if you are an Annual Passholder or DVC Member and hope to enjoy this preview, make your EPCOT park reservations today. For full dates and details for these previews click HERE for Annual Passholders and HERE for DVC Members.
