Bruno May Have a Full Meet And Greet Soon

We know “We Don’t Talk About Bruno”, but find out why Disney may be looking for a permanent role for this favorite member of the Madrigal family.

Encanto is HUGE right now in the Disney realm. There is merchandise, treats, and fun music performed in the Disney parks with the Dapper Dans, at the Casey Piano, and even by the Disneyland Marching Band.

Starting tomorrow, guests of the Magic Kingdom can meet Mirabel for the first time. Also, be on the lookout for Bruno in the Adventure Friends Cavalcade. It looks like Disney is looking to add even more Madrigal magic to Walt Disney World very soon.

Earlier this week we shared a casting call for Louisa from the film, and now a new casting call is going out for Bruno.

A new casting call is out for performers 5’10”-6’2″ with an athletic build, a confident outgoing personality, and the ability to story-tell to guests for the following roles: Naveen, Aladdin, Flynn Rider, Prince Charming, Snow Prince, Prince Eric, and Jack Sparrow. This may be in preparation for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

Back in June 2023, Disney put out a casting call for Bruno look-alikes. Disney Live Entertainment is seeking performers to portray Bruno from the animated film, Encanto. This role is for potential future special events.

Then in August 2023, Walt Disney World announced Bruno’s arrival at the Magic Kingdom. It now seems that a new casting call may hint at a Bruno meet and greet.

Adding to the above casting call, Disney is seeking performers 5’6-5’9″, with an athletic build, a confident outgoing personality, and the ability to story-tell to guests for the following role: Bruno.

Currently, Walt Disney World only offers Bruno as part of the Adventure Friends Cavalcade. This does not require storytelling. We hope this is a clue that more Encanto news will be announced soon for Walt Disney World. Meeting Disney characters allows guests to interact with them and pose for photos.

This interaction does require a bit of storytelling and knowledge of the character and the film portrayed.
