Here is how to have the best Figment interaction with the shortest wait

Figment Returns to the Delight of Fans

Many years ago, Figment had a meet and greet. Then, fans were thrilled when we announced HERE that Figment would be once again greeting guests.

Just take a look at how popular the Figment popcorn buckets have been during EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts. People waited in line for hours! Figment surprised guests at Destination D23 this past Saturday night with a surprise meet and greet at the D23 special evening at EPCOT. The lines appeared to be 3-4 hours long during their preview!

When to Meet Him

September 10th was the first official day for Figment at EPCOT. His first initial meet and greet hours were 10:00 a.m. to 1:30pm and 2:20-5:00 p.m. At the end of the day, many guests reported that they waited up to 5 HOURS to meet Figment and would do it again for this interaction.

Then, on September 11th, Disney mixed up the hours a little. He met guests from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 until 3:30 p.m. inside ImageWorks. Since hours can vary, check Figment’s meeting times on the My Disney Experience app.

For the shortest wait, be sure to get to EPCOT early. Then, head straight to the Imagination Pavilion. This morning, his wait at 9:00am was about 30 minutes! He greets guests for 15 minutes at a time, but no worries! He comes back within 30 seconds.

Special Touches

Disney includes elements from his original ride here. Take a look at the cool sayings from it. And did you know that these are also names from the previous EPCOT parking lot?

And not only that, but you can also get his autograph! To help the line moving, he doesn’t sign, but he does have an autograph card that makes a cool souvenir.

But there’s a catch…you must ask for it. Cast members are happy to hand them out, but they don’t do that unless you ask for it after you meet Figment.
