There is indeed nothing quite like the memories that your family will make at Walt Disney World, but starting today those memories will cost a bit more. Find out about the newest price increase that may affect your next Disney Park vacation.
The Good News
Disney seems to do a great job of buffering bad news with a little good news first. Early this morning, we shared that Disney will be making three great changes starting on January 9, 2024. These are honestly the three most common complaints among park guests since the phased reopening of the parks in 2020.
You do not want to miss why January 9th will be the BEST DAY EVER at Walt Disney World.
The Bad News
Along with this good news, Disney also announced several pieces of bad news as well. Get ready for your next trip to the Disney Parks to cost even more. We have several price increases for Annual Passes, park ticket increases, parking fees increased, and even changes to Disney Genie+. To say the least, this is not the news we were hoping for.
Another Price Increase
As if the above news was not enough, Walt Disney World now announced yet another price increase. Disney PhotoPass is the complimentary service Disney provides to capture your memories around the parks.
From ride photos to character meet interactions, Disney PhotoPass has you covered! Your photos are linked to your account by your Magic Band or ticket and can be viewed on your My Disney Experience account. However, without purchasing the pictures, they will be viewed with a large watermark over them.
Starting TODAY, October 11th, 2023, Memory Maker will cost even more at Walt Disney World. Previously, guests could purchase Advanced Memory Maker (3 days before their visit) for $169. This price has now bumped up to $185.
If you decide during your visit or after to purchase Memory Maker the previous price was $199. This has now increased to $210. Single-day Memory Maker purchase was $69 per day. This is now increased by $10 to make it $79 a day.
