The 14th annual Disney World Food and Wine Classic returns! An incredible line-up of bands, including EPIC, will make this great event even better. We have all the details on bands, food, and more.
Disney World Food and Wine Classic
For one weekend every year, the Swan and Dolphin Resorts host the Food and Wine Classic. Think of it as a miniature version of Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival, but you don’t need to enter a theme park!
This year, the event takes place on November 10 and 11 with events taking place between 5:30 pm and 9:00 each day. The event is open to the public, so even if you are not staying at the Swan or Dolphin you are still able to purchase tickets.
Food
Several of the restaurants at these hotels participate in the Food and Wine Classic. From The Fountain to Shula’s, you’ll be able to sample diverse foods from award-winning chefs.
- The Fountain
- Garden Grove
- Picabu
- Cabana Bar and Beach Club
- Todd English’s Bluezoo
- Kimonos
- Shula’s Steakhouse
- Il Mulino Trattoria
- Rosa Mexicano
- Amare
In addition, enjoy wine tastings from the finest wines around the world like Argentina, France, and Spain. You can even sample beer from Food and Wine Classic’s beer garden.
Seminars and Experiences
Expand your knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, or how to make pasta with the Executive Chef. Certified sommeliers will teach you everything – from choosing the perfect wine pairings to creating the perfect craft cocktails.
Do note that these seminars do cost extra. Pricing range from $75 to $100.
In addition to the seminars, there are two experience – The Grand Tasting and VIP Champagne & Dessert Party. The Grand Tasting costs $425 and is a Master Sommelier led experience including a Champagne reception, 3 flights of elite wines, and Chef’s Table menu pairings from Executive Chef Dan Herman.
Head over to the new Swan Reserve and enjoy a champagne and dessert party. For $150, sample several beverages and desserts as you take in the sweeping views of the Epcot resort area.
Bands
Finally, enjoy live music! This year’s event features an incredible lineup of live bands, including:
- 501 Blues Band
- American Sirens
- Evolution Motown
- Jamie Davis Trio
- Pop Strings Trio
But the true highlight is the return of the crowd-favorite, EPIC! They’re back by popular demand and ready to make this year’s festival unforgettable.
