And, of course, there is something for golfers as well! Disney World has two miniature golf courses for the whole family. Even better, it is home to championship golf courses including Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course, Palm Golf Course, and Magnolia Golf Course.

Changes at Magnolia Golf Course

Recently, Walt Disney World announced the re-imagining of Magnolia Golf Course. Updates have been underway to enhance the course. Currently, this Disney golf course is open as a 14-hole golf. However, Disney dropped a nice update.

Beginning on November 22, 2023, Magnolia Golf Course will once again be expanded to an 18-hole golf course! Golfers will be able to enjoy newly contoured greens. However, the finishing touches still need to be added, so there will be an amended par 70 routing. Two of the holes will be shortened: #15 and #16.

Disney does expect that the construction will be finished sometime in mid-2024. Then the full updated experience will be available to those who wish to golf at the “Happiest Place on Turf.”

A Disney Golf Discount

During the window between November 22, 2023 and the completion of the construction, Disney will offer golfers a discount. Golfers will receive 15% off the applicable greens fee rate, which will be applied at the time of check-in.
