Disney Genie+ has become pretty common for Disney trips now. It’s pretty difficult to not go to Disney now and not use the service. As more and more guests use the service, more changes keep coming. There is a new update for one Disney attraction.
Disney Genie+
Using Disney Genie+ can be a bit daunting at times, especially if you do not visit the parks frequently. From different levels of Disney Genie, Disney Genie+, and Individual Lightning Lanes, the whole system can be downright confusing to many guests. For some help, read Monica’s article explaining it all. Not only that, but it costs money! To top that all off, the price varies every day depending on crowd levels, the time of year and other various factors.
However, despite its flaws, it does become a valuable tool to use in the parks. The service helps you get the most out of your park days and attempts to eliminate your wait in line.
Changes
Changes in Disney Genie+ seem to happen frequently. Attraction lists for the service continue to evolve. Some attractions are removed while some are added to the service.
Just a few months ago, we learned two new attractions would be added to Disney Genie+. Over in Disneyland, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway and The Little Mermaid – Ariel’s Undersea Adventure will become new additions.
You can find Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Disneyland Resort and The Little Mermaid – Ariel’s Undersea Adventure at Disney’s California Adventure.
A New Date
When the two new additions were previously announced, all we knew was that they would be added soon. Now, we have an update for at least one of the attractions. The Little Mermaid – Ariel’s Undersea Adventure will be added to Disney Genie+ beginning November 15, 2023.

At this time, no date has been announced for Mickey’s and Minnie’s Runaway Railway.
