Disney's Inside Out 2 Breaks a New Record

Disney/Pixar’s Inside Out is a timeless film that was first released in 2015. The story revolves around a young girl named Riley who has to leave her life in the Midwest when her father gets a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is influenced by her emotions: Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust, and Sadness.

The emotions reside in Headquarters, which is inside Riley’s mind. There, they offer advice for everyday life. Joy, the main emotion, tries to stay positive, but the emotions take us on an entertaining journey.

Inside Out 2

In 2022, Pixar announced that a sequel to the hit movie is in the works. Unfortunately, the actors who played Fear and Disgust in the original movie will not return to reprise their roles in the upcoming film.

However, it has been confirmed that Amy Poehler will be returning to play Joy. Additionally, new characters will be introduced in Inside Out 2, including the adorable Anxiety.

Already Record Breaking

Disney/Pixar’s Inside Out 2 won’t hit theaters until the summer of 2024, but it has already gained a huge fan base. To tease the upcoming movie, Pixar released a trailer featuring a new character named Anxiety. The trailer begins with a glimpse of Riley’s happy memories and how things are going well for her now.
