Many of us see the Disney Parks as a type of utopia. Staying at Disney Resorts allows guests to enter what we affectionately call the “Disney Bubble.” You can stay in the magic for the entirety of your Disney vacation.

Unfortunately, new threats are now affecting guests at Disney Parks. Earlier this morning, we shared that threats of an active shooter were reported from Disneyland last night. Thankfully the Anaheim police responded quickly. Check out the full details of this threat HERE.

Surprisingly, this is not the only threat affecting the Disney Parks. According to news sites, security is in full force at Tokyo Disneyland Resort. The municipal office at Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture received an email that several highly explosive bombs were planted at Tokyo Disneyland.

This threat is in response to a change in the rapid train services of JR East, the operator of the JR Keiyo Line. JR East announced earlier that they would discontinue rapid and commuter services for both morning and evening hours. This was not well received by commuters.

Police and emergency services responded quickly. Thankfully, no devices have been found. A large police presence continues to be seen to prevent any additional threats.
