This Famous Feature Returns to Universal Orlando

Sometimes fun feature elements can break down or just need regular maintenance. It is not known what exact maintenance was needed for this famous feature to be shut off, but it has now returned!

Universal Studios Orlando is known for their amazing thrill rides, which consist of roller coasters and motion simulators. At Universal Studios parks you can discover rides, attractions and a whole lot more that makes this the best them park to visit for people looking for BIG thrills. 

Universal lets people know that they aren’t about make-believe. They bring some of our favorite movies to life – including Minions and Harry Potter. These thrills are can’t miss fun.

Park Icon

When you think of certain parks, you definitely think of the icons that represent them. When you think of Universal, you can’t help but think of that spinning globe!

The rotating Universal globe can be found outside of Universal Studios park. This globe spins and has a water fountain type feature underneath that has water misters spraying upward towards it.

This park icon is very well known, dare I say around the globe. It is also a must stop place for photos!

Universal Globe Spinning Again

Over the last several weeks, the Universal globe was reported to have stopped spinning. The exact maintenance reason was never released, however it has been reported that the Universal Orlando Globe is spinning once again!

It is nice to see the globe spinning again, especially when it is the park’s famous icon.

What Does This Mean for you?

Well, you may have to work on your timing for your photos again to get “Universal” in the picture with the globe spinning. This definitely isn’t vacation altering news, but it is nice to see the icon spinning once again.
