Newest Restaurant
The atmosphere at the Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya restaurant is calm and relaxing. At our table (Susan and fellow writer Donna), a “magical” window changed seasons as we ate. It was very entertaining! You can enjoy an array of authentic dishes made with fresh ingredients, reflecting the flavors of each season.
In the restaurant’s center, chefs prepare sushi and other delightful dishes. There are seats around this area to allow guests to watch them in action. See why we loved this restaurant so much in our review HERE.
Take a look at the beautiful view of the World Showcase Lagoon above. It’s fun to watch the people exploring EPCOT below. Time it right, and you can watch the EPCOT fireworks from your table!
Seasonal Changes
Here, you’ll create memories inspired by Japan’s vibrant seasonal festivals. A cultural representative from Japan will guide you through each unique festival experience. You’ll participate in Tanabata festivities during the summer and savor moon-viewing dumplings in the autumn.
When I visited, guests were invited to add their wishes on a beautiful bookmark and place them on the wishing tree for the summer season. For the New Year, Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya welcomes guests to choose a fortune!
Guests receive a fortune for the New Year at Shiki-Sai for a limited time.
I hope you can visit Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya during their various festivals so you can have even more fun! This restaurant gives guests a punch card to earn a discount on future dining.
