Did you know you can decorate Mickey and Minnie Mouse cakes at Disney World?! It’s true! This fun experience returns in 2024 and we have the full schedule here.
Mickey and Minnie Cakes
Have you ever seen those adorable dome cakes around property? Maybe you celebrated a special occasion with one, or you decided to stop in at Amorette’s Patisserie to get your fix.
During special events, you may even find new characters on miniature dome cakes – like the Donald Duck dome cake for the 50th anniversary! These dome cakes are irresistibly adorable and oh so delicious!
A Lesson in Cake Decorating
You can learn all about cake decorating in a special 90-minute cake-decorating experience. Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs offers these fun lessons before the shop opens for the day. Classes begin at 9:15 am.
The groups are small in size so you can get more personalized attention from the instructor. They will also share insider stories and tips while describing the process of cake decorating from design to completion.
The cost is $199 and includes your cake and specialty beverages like coffee, tea, and select alcoholic beverages. If you have some shopping to do afterwards, Amorette’s Patisserie will be happy to hold on to your creation for the entire day.
For an extra $50 plus tax, you can add a second cake. Ordering a second cake will not change the party size (up to 2 Guests per reservation). Guests must be at least 5 years old to participate.
Schedule
Create a Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse Dome Cake when you book on the following days. Previously, Mickey was the only cake to decorate, but now Minnie is also an option! Here is the schedule so you know which character you will decorate:
- Sundays – Mickey Mouse
- Mondays – Minnie Mouse
- Tuesdays – Mickey Mouse
- Wednesdays – Minnie Mouse
- Thursdays – Mickey Mouse

- Saturdays – Mickey Mouse
The Mickey Mouse Dome Cake features Chocolate Chiffon Cake, Milk Chocolate Mousse and Orange Pate De Fruit Jelly. The Minnie Mouse Dome Cake features Lemon Chiffon Cake, White Chocolate Mousse and Strawberry Pate De Fruit Jelly. Hopefully this will help you determine which day you should stop in.
