Disney World Extends the Park Hours for More Dates

Our Kenny the Pirate writing team shares the latest theme park updates with you as Disney releases them. While the initial hours are a great way to begin preparing for your trip, Disney also updates the hours as dates get closer.

We want to make sure that you have all the information that you need for your upcoming trip.

It is always exciting when Disney adds more hours because you can plan what to do with extra time in the parks! When park hours are extended, it means your early entry times might shift! So be sure you check the schedule so that you can arrive accordingly if you wish to utilize the Early Entry benefit.

Updates for Magic Kingdom

  • January 29: Opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am
  • January 31: Closes at 11:00 pm instead of 9:00 pm. This pushes Extended Evening Hours back as well.
  • February 1: Opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am. Closes at 10:00 pm stead of 9:00 pm.
  • February 3: Opens and closes at 8:00 am and 11:00 pm. Previously 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Updates for Animal Kingdom

  • January 28: Opens and closes at 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Previously 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
  • January 29-31: Opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am.
  • February 1-3: Opens and closes at 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Previously 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
  • February 4 to 24: Opens at 8:00 am instead of 9:00 am.

Updates for Hollywood Studios
