Do you love meeting your favorite Disney characters in the Parks? We do too! Finally, after several years, our favorite duo is greeting guests. Find out where and when you can meet them during your next visit to Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Character Meet and Greets
Part of the magic of the Disney Parks is meeting your favorite Disney characters. There is nothing quite like a one-on-one interaction with your favorite character.
Guests can have photos taken, gain a coveted autograph, and make a lasting memory. This bit of magic was missing when the Disney Parks first reopened back in 2020.
Disney adapted and brought reimagined magic to the parks with characters featured on cavalcades, motorcades, and even flotillas. Throughout the years, the majority of character interactions have returned with a few exceptions.
Duo Returns
The cavalcades and motorcades have completely vanished from Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. At Magic Kingdom, only one cavalcade remains. Disney’s Animal Kingdom still offers characters traveling along flotillas.
These flotillas are a great unexpected dose of Disney magic but still do not replace that one-on-one interaction. At DinoLand, guests can meet with Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, and our favorite Dino pals Chip ‘n Dale.
Now even more friends are joining the Dino Bash with Pluto and Goofy.
Meeting Location
Goofy and Pluto greet guests only in the morning until around noon. You can find them behind Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures. This is located near the meet and greet location for Donald Duck.
Goofy and Pluto return to DinoLand behind Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures.
After noon, both Goofy and Pluto will greet guests from their flotilla along the Discovery River. We love to see our favorite characters. As always, find the most updated character meet and greet information at Character Locator.
