The top three companies who are most admired are Apple, Microsoft, and Amazon (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, respectively). Most notably, these are all tech companies.

Unfortunately, Disney lost its #1 spot as the most admired entertainment company to Netflix. It fell to #4 in the Media and Entertainment section.

Remarkably, The Walt Disney Company held the top spot for 20 consecutive years! While it may be futile to speculate on why Disney ranked lower, it could be due to the political issues between the state of Florida and the company, lackluster theatrical releases, and the cancelation of original content.

Here is the top 10 list:

  1. Apple
  2. Microsoft
  3. Amazon.com
  4. Berkshire Hathaway
  5. JPMorgan Chase
