Selected Items
I (Heather) chose three items from this booth. The Arrabbiate, Quattro Formaggi and the Chocolate Cannoli. Let’s just say this booth is always one of my favorites, and it still is!
I tried the Quattro Formaggi first. This is Pennette Pasta and Four-cheese Sauce. Unfortunately, the item was served slightly warm and not hot, but overall was still a good dish. It reminded me of a store bought Alfredo sauce. However, if you aren’t an adventurous eater, this one is for you! The dish was still good, but slightly boring.
The Primavera Kitchen did not disappoint.
Next, I had the Arrabbiata. This is Pennette Pasta, Spicy Tomato Sauce, and Buttery Shrimp. This dish in one word…YUM! Unlike the Quattro Formaggi, this dish was served piping hot! I had to put another plate under it to protect my hand.
This dish was a generous size! The shrimp was plentiful and tender. The spicy tomato sauce had some kick to it, but I loved this spicy dish.
The last dish I tried was the Chocolate Cannoli or maybe it should be called a peanut butter lover’s dream. This is a Chocolate-covered Cannoli Shell with Peanut Butter-Ricotta Filling. The Peanut Butter-Ricotta filling was rich and smooth.
The chocolate coating gave it a perfect peanut butter to chocolate ratio. This treat was messy, so have napkins ready! It did feel slightly small for the price, but it was delicious treat to finish off the booth.
Have you tried any of these dishes from Primavera Kitchen? Are you looking forward to trying them on your next visit? Let us know in the comments below and be sure to share this post with a friend!
