At EPCOT’s Flower & Garden La Isla Fresca booth, you have two food items to enjoy. In addition to food, you can choose from Tropical Slush (non-alcoholic) and water along with food offerings. Guests over 21 can try a variety of alcoholic drinks including the Tropical Breeze, White Sangria, and Wicked Weed Brewing Mango Wowie Hazy IPA.

The La Isla Fresca booth sells an Impossible Beef Patty and Tres Leches cake.

This booth can be found between Morocco and France. Disney describes the booth as Nibble on Caribbean-seasoned dishes that’ll send appetites swaying to the island beat!

Food Review

I wasn’t sure if I would like vegetarian meat but decided to give it a try. And, I’m so glad I did! The tortilla had just the right crisp to hold everything together. The impossible meat was well seasoned and I couldn’t tell it wasn’t beef. The sauce was drizzled on top and tasted sweet with a slight kick.

The Coconut Tres Leches is a vanilla cake soaked in three kinds of milk (“tres leches”), Oak Milk, Almond Milk, and Coconut Milk. Check out fellow writer Maggie’s review on this cake HERE.
