Disney+ has been the streaming platform of choice for many Disney fans for the past few years. It is the perfect way to enjoy all of your favorite Disney movies and shows in one place. Since its release, we have seen tremendous success and also a decrease in subscription numbers.

Back in May 2023, Disney CEO, Bob Iger shared that Disney will soon offer a “one-app experience to offer Hulu content within the Disney+ app.

At first, Disney CEO, Bob Iger, shared that this seamless merger could be enjoyed by the end of 2023. This took a bit longer, and today we see the new look of Disney+.

You now have an option to enjoy Disney+ or Hulu, or both of these standalone subscriptions with a new bundle starting at $9.99 a month. This new bundle experience looks a bit different.

This new merger includes a brand new logo, color scheme, and even a new sound thanks to Academy Award®-winning composer Ludwig Göransson. Disney+ is known for its vibrant blue logo, but this is now replaced with a new color combining the blue of Disney+ and the green of Hulu.

Hulu does offer much different content than Disney+, and users are encouraged to create profiles for members of their family and to update content settings. This helps to keep appropriate content for each member of your family.

Now, you can enjoy this great merger during your next trip to the Disney Parks. As part of the Hulu on Disney+ marketing campaign, this will include out-of-home placements.

This will include custom broadcast and digital spots, cross-branded social media posts, and bi-coastal experiential stunts, including on-site activations at the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.
