April marks the beginning of spring and Earth Month. To celebrate this occasion, Walt Disney World Resort offers guests a range of new delicious flavors to enjoy throughout the month.
Disney celebrates April with new and returning delicious dishes and sips.
You can treat your taste buds to new bites such as the Raindrop Tart from The Mara and The Plant in the Boot Petit Cake from Amorette’s Patisserie. Additionally, some items are coming back, like the Elephant Cupcake at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
The following dishes and drinks will be available April 1 through 30 at Disney’s Animal Kingdom:
Creature Comforts – Honeycomb Mousse: Honey mousse on top of a brownie base with sugar bees and white chocolate honeycomb
Dawa Bar – Wazi Waze: Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, Bols Blue Curaçao Liqueur, sour mix, and pineapple juice garnished with a pineapple wedge (New)
Nomad Lounge – The Pachyderm and the Pollinator: Cruxland Gin, bitters, and soda water with a lemon wheel and honey simple syrup (New)
Pizzafari – Elephant Cupcake: An edible white chocolate elephant atop a graham cracker cupcake with pineapple filling and a jungle of matcha buttercream and crispy pearls
Disney’s Animal Kingdom has some of the best snacks, dishes, and drinks throughout the year, and April is no exception!

Tiffins is a wonderfully-themed signature dining experience. During April, you’ll find these seasonal items:
- Zucchini Carpaccio: “The Land” zucchini, marinated tomatoes, candied pistachios, castelvetrano olives, golden raisins, plant-based feta, pomegranate molasses, and crispy sweet potato (Plant-based) (New)

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge celebrates nature and animals every day! It’s one of my (Susan) favorite Disney Resorts because you feel like you’ve left the theme park and are transported to a wonderful safari.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is the best themed resort! The detailed decor and animals make it a not-to-be-missed resort.
Look for the Raindrop Tart: Chocolate cake, pistachio crumb, passion fruit gel, vanilla cheesecake, and white chocolate mousse (New) at The Mara.

At Disney Springs, Amorette’s Patisserie offers delicious cakes. During April, they’re offering a returning favorite, The Plant in The Boot Petit Cake. It has layers of carrot cake, cream cheese mousse, and pineapple jam. (New)
