Breaking: Disney Announces New Theme Park Name and Expansion

Park Expansion

In 2002, a second park opened at Disneyland Paris giving visitors a behind-the-scenes look at movie-making. Over time, the park has evolved to offer more immersive worlds, including The Twilight Zone™ Tower of Terror, Toy Story Playland, and Ratatouille: The Adventure.

Disney states that more than 90% of Walt Disney Studios Parks will receive an overhaul!

Recently, Worlds of Pixar and Marvel Avengers Campus were added to the park.

What’s Coming?

Guests can also go on thrilling adventures such as World of Frozen, a journey to the kingdom of Arendelle, and Adventure Bay’s unique entertainment stage that offers a 360-degree viewing experience with music, lights, fountains, and special effects. Disney Village is also receiving a transformation with Broadway theming.

Guests can enjoy a new spinning family attraction inspired by the Tangled movie which takes guests on a spin through the iconic floating lanterns scene.

On May 25th, Walt Disney Studios Park will host a new show featuring Alice, the Queen of Hearts, and other characters from Wonderland. Then, in late 2024, Marvel Avengers Campus will introduce a brand-new nighttime show.

New Name

Disneyland Paris’ second park, Walt Disney Studios Park, is entering a new era with a fresh creative vision, new experiences, and an expansion never seen before.

This theme park will be renamed Disney Adventure Park when the World of Frozen opens.

World of Frozen is a new immersive area dedicated to the wintery world of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen, which will be located near a majestic bay.
