Complete Guide To All the Characters at Pixar Fest Now

Did you know that during the Pixar Fest celebration you can meet over 20 Pixar characters, including some that have never been seen before at a Disney park?

At Pixar Fest, there are over 20 different Pixar characters! These characters add to the excitement of the celebration, along with new entertainment offerings, themed food and drinks, and more. 

The Pixar Fest Celebration takes place now through August 2, 2024.

For Pixar Fest, rare Pixar characters join Pixar friends that can be seen at the Disneyland Resort throughout the year. 

Pixar Pals Playtime Party

Favorite Pixar characters such as Joy and Sadness (“Inside Out”); Russell (“Up”); Merida (“Brave”); and Woody, Jessie, and Bo Peep (“Toy Story”) are included in the show.

For the first time at Disneyland Resort, guests can meet Ember and Wade (“Elemental”), and Luca and Alberto (“Luca”) at the Pixar Pals Playtime Party at Fantasyland Theatre.

In addition, guests can also find Ian and Barley (“Onward”) near their van Guinevere at this high-energy fun zone for the entire family.

More Character Meets

During the day in the Hollywood Backlot at Disney California Adventure Park, guests may have the chance to see Mr. Incredible or Elastigirl (“The Incredibles”) in their retro super suits for the first time.

Then, head to Grizzly Peak near Redwood Creek Challenge Trail to see Dug (“Up”) interacting with Wilderness Explorers of all ages.

Guests visiting Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, and Pixar Place Hotel may encounter more Pixar characters during Pixar Fest and beyond.

Meilin Lee and her mother Ming Lee from “Turning Red” will also be here. Mei is so excited to join the fun that she’s starting to turn into her red panda form in Grizzly Peak at Disney California Adventure Park.

New Parade and Nighttime Show

Guests can also enjoy some of their favorite Pixar friends in the new “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!” Parade at Disney California Adventure Park.

This parade includes Meilin Lee (“Turning Red”), who appears fully transformed into her giant red panda form for the first time at Disneyland Resort. Plus, 4*TOWN, Meilin’s father, and her friends make their first-ever appearances at a Disney Park!

Daytime isn’t the only time to get some love during the festival. Each night, Disneyland Park will offer “Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular.”
