We actually love the new addition that Disney announced for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and this will help you skip the lines as you exit the attraction.
New Additions to Frontierland
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opens on June 28th at Magic Kingdom with a Virtual Queue. Check out everything that you need to know about this attraction HERE and watch a full-ride video HERE.
Magic Kingdom’s Frontierland will also bring both Critter Co-Op and Tiana’s Bayou General to Frontierland along with great eats and treats for the opening of this attraction.
Critter Co-Op will replace the former Briar Patch gift shop. This will be one of the busiest locations when Tiana’s Bayou Adventure officially opens to all guests.
Skip the Lines
If we know anything about Disney fans, it is that they love special merchandise. There are quite a few sneak peeks of a Tiana Bayou Adventure Loungefly, ears, and the Tiana’s Bayou critter plushies
The great news is that you can skip the checkout lines at Critter Co-Op and use Mobile Checkout instead. Many of the larger Walt Disney World retail locations now offer Mobile Checkout.
With new merchandise and the high volume of guests to enjoy this new attraction, this will be a definite advantage for guests wanting to checkout.
Mobile Checkout
If you are new to Mobile Checkout or just need a refresher, simply log into your My Disney Experience app and hit the 3 lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Click on “Merchandise Checkout” and select your store location.
Critter Co-Op will offer Mobile Checkout for guests.
Scan each item and the best part is that all applicable discounts and payment information will be easy to select. After completing your transaction simply show your QR code to the Mobile Checkout Cast Member as you exit.
Do you enjoy using Mobile Checkout or do you dislike using your phone while on vacation? Which Tiana merchandise are you most excited about? Share your thoughts with us and share this news with your Disney pals.
