EPCOT Announces New Nighttime Entertainment

EPCOT just announced new nighttime entertainment and we are really excited about it! You will want to update your touring plans to include this new show for your next trip to EPCOT.

EPCOT Finally Complete

New Encanto Show and Opening Date for CommuniCore Hall Announced — Credit: Disney

The construction walls are finally down at EPCOT and the multi-year retheming is now complete. Tomorrow the Communicore Plaza and Hall will finally open to all guests.

This summer, visitors can enjoy a variety of new offerings, including a new Encanto show and the reopening of Mickey and Minnie’s character spot in its new location

You can get a sneak peek inside this new character spot HERE. We can’t wait to see Mickey Mouse and his pals all in one spot once again.

New Entertainment

This summer is a bit different as there is a large gap between festivals. To help bring a bit of added magic during this time Disney brought back a fan-favorite Spaceship Earth Show.

In addition to this, EPCOT just announced that at night guests can enjoy “a Latin Groove Band” playing each night on the CommuniCore Plaza Stage. Tonight for a media event, “La Calle” took the stage.

During the day, come to the CommuniCore Plaza Stage for “Celebration Encanto!” and at night come to the stage for lively Latin bands. We assume this new band will continue to perform until September 6th which is the end date for the “Celebration Encanto!” show.

Summer at EPCOT

This summer will be a great one at EPCOT. Seeing the park for the first time in several years without construction walls will be amazing.

“A Latin Groove” band will take the CommuniCore Plaza Stage nightly.

Cooling off over at the “Journey of Water”, enjoying the newly opened CommuniCore Hall, while also enjoying a few fan-favorite festival booths this will be a great summer at EPCOT.
