Gideon’s Bakehouse is an extremely popular place to grab treats in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. The bakehouse serves delectable bakery items including cakes and cookies as well as caffeinated brews. The nitro cold brews are especially popular and pair well with the unique cookie creations.

Gideon’s is so popular that often long lines form. Sometimes the line even moves to a virtual queue. But you can beat the lines if you follow this advice.

These cookies are worth the wait. Especially if you can catch hot cookie hour.

New July Cookies

According to Gideon’s Instagram, “Stuart & Bonnie are out exploring the world and building their relationship, but that doesn’t mean they didn’t leave their signature Cookies for you to enjoy!” July Cookies are the Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip and the Lemon Poppy Crumb Cookie.

The Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip is a vanilla bean cookie with orange essence and our favorite Chocolate. You will find the outside covered in Pecan Pralines and Candied Orange Peel.

The Lemon Poppy Crumb Cookie is made for muffin lovers! This Lemon Cookie is filled with Poppyseeds and has pockets of White Chocolate. The top of the cookie has Lemon Butter Crumbs and a Sugar Glaze…YUM!

More Offerings

Don’t forget that there are even more offerings! The Mocha Orange Nitro Cold Brew has returned! This is only available at Gideon’s in Disney Springs. It has Oatmilk, Maple Syrup, Mocha, and Fresh Orange.

Gideon’s is also participating in the Flavors of Florida. Key Lime Pie Cake Bars are a handmade dessert that features the Key Lime Cake topped with Key Lime Cream Cheese Buttercream and Key Lime Curd. But that’s not all, it’s dipped in Premium Dark Chocolate and sprinkled with Graham Cracker Crumble and Sea Salt. The Key Lime Pie Cake Bars are only available from July 1st to August 11th.
