Is More Entertainment Missing From Magic Kingdom?

We are wondering if Magic Kingdom is doing ok. Now even more entertainment is missing from the Magic Kingdom calendar for a solid month. Find out full details and update your touring plans accordingly.

Entertainment Changes

The Disney Parks offer more than simply great attractions, but great entertainment as well. Unfortunately, Magic Kingdom’s entertainment list is affected quite a bit.

We recently shared that new refurbishment work at Cinderella Castle now affects the “Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire” stage show and the “Let the Magic Begin” welcome show. These will return later this month.

This unexpected cancellation is sad for guests with upcoming vacations to the Magic Kingdom.

Festival of Fantasy

The excitement and vivid pageantry of Fantasyland makes its way through Magic Kingdom in a thrilling parade spectacular. With this wonderful parade, you’ll see state-of-the-art floats featuring your favorite Disney Characters from Tangled, Peter Pan, The Little Mermaid and so many more!

Throughout the year, the showtimes will sometimes change, but now showtimes are no longer available for over a month.

Showtimes for the Festival of Fantasy are available through August 3, 2024. Starting August 4th through the end of the current calendar (September 8th), no showtimes are listed.

Adventure Friends Cavalcade

Along with this disappointment, the showtimes are also missing for Disney’s Adventure Friends Cavalcade starting on August 4th.

There are no showtimes for the Festival of Fantasy Parade and Disney’s Adventure Friends Cavalcade for over a month.

We are hoping this may just be a glitch and showtimes will be listed. We will continue to watch the current showtime calendar and share updates when they are available.
